How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You may also track your order at any time via our Track Order page.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been processed or dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping details.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

Why has my tracking not updated?

Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
Can I exchange for a different size?

For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be returned with the original hygiene liner intact. Items returned without liners or showing signs of wear will not be accepted.
