RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Items must be returned in their original condition:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free of stains, odors, or damage
• With all original tags attached
• In original packaging
All returns are inspected upon arrival. Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.

SIZE EXCHANGES
If you need a different size, we offer size exchanges only, subject to availability.
The item must meet all return eligibility requirements listed above.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
We do not guarantee availability of replacement sizes.

The following items are final sale:

RETURN WINDOW
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Approved items must be shipped back within 5 days of authorization.

REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or sizing issues.
Approved returns for damaged or incorrect items will be resolved with:
• A replacement item, or
• Store credit
Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

AMIRIO Studio reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our policy.
Items returned in a worn condition or without original packaging will not be processed.
