We want you to love your Kuddle Krate! If something isn't right, we're happy to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to be eligible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Krate arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
